Advanced High-Pressure Mist Cooling for Factories, Warehouses, and Outdoor Workspaces
In Qatar’s arid climate, where industrial operations often face intense heat and airborne contaminants, TrueMIST’s industrial mist cooling systems provide an advanced, energy-efficient solution. These systems use high-pressure misting technology to rapidly reduce air temperature and improve air quality in manufacturing plants, processing zones, and logistics hubs.
How Does an Industrial Mist Cooling System Work?
Our high-pressure mist systems use specialized pumps to pressurize water to 800–1200 psi, pushing it through precision-engineered misting nozzles. These nozzles atomize the water into ultra-fine droplets—10 to 30 microns in size. Upon contact with hot air, these droplets evaporate instantly, extracting heat from the surrounding environment. This process is called adiabatic cooling and is especially effective in open or semi-open industrial areas where conventional HVAC fails.
